Notification of Transaction by a PDMR
In accordance with DTR 3.1 and Article 19 of The Market Abuse Regulation, the Company was notified on 19 August 2016 that Swagatam Mukerji, Interim Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"), who is considered to be a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), acquired ordinary shares on 16 August 2016 at a price of £0.40 per share. All of the shares were purchased on the London Stock Exchange. As a result of the transaction the PDMR has acquired the shares set out below.
This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
