Change of Accounting Reference Date

Centaur announces a change its accounting reference date and financial year end from 30 June to 31 December.

The Board has considered carefully the impact of the material weighting of the Group's trading to the fourth quarter of its present financial year. Given the limited levels of visibility across some parts of the business, and the consequential impact on expectations around full year numbers, the Board has decided to align the Company's financial year end with the majority of its peers, and to move the financial year end to December.

As a result of this change the Company's reporting calendar will be as follows:

· Unaudited results for the 6 month period to 31 December 2013 to be announced by the end of February 2014

· Unaudited results for the 6 month period to 30 June 2014 to be announced by the end of August 2014.

· Audited results for the 18 month period to 31 December 2014 to be announced by the end of March 2015.
