PDMR'S Shareholding

The Company announces that, on 4 July 2013 the Company was notified that Mr A. Evans, a person discharging managerial responsibility in the Company, had on that date purchased 19,178 Ordinary shares of 10p each. All the shares were purchased on the London Stock Exchange for GBP £0.365 per share.

Following the purchase, Mr A. Evan's holdings in the Company are as follows:

Ordinary shares 36,335 representing 0.025% of the issued share capital

SELTIP awards 108,486
