Director's Dealings Notification

In accordance with DTR 3.1.4, the Company was notified on 19 September 2012 that Mr. C. Morrison, a Non-Executive Director of Centaur Media Plc, had on 17 September 2012 purchased 100,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each. All the shares were purchased on the London Stock Exchange for GBP £0.422 per share.

As a result of this transaction Mr. C. Morrison is now interested in 455,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each in the company representing 0.319% of the issued share capital
