Appointment of Chief Financial Officer
Centaur Media plc (LSE: CAU), the multi-platform business information, insight and events group, has appointed Swag Mukerji Chief Financial Officer. Swag has been Interim Chief Financial Officer since 29 July 2016.
Swag has had senior finance and general management positions with several blue chip FMCG companies and was formerly Group Finance Director of Biocompatibles International plc. Since then he has been CFO of three private equity backed businesses, the latest of which was Safetykleen, a Warburg Pincus Investment.

The Company confirms that there is no further information about Swag Mukerji requiring disclosure under paragraph 9.6.13 (2) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
