In accordance with Listing Rule LR 9.6.14, Centaur Media plc announces that Neil Johnson, Chairman of the Company, will be appointed as a non-executive Director of QinetiQ Group plc with effect from 2 April 2019 and assumes the Chair in July after the AGM.
As announced on 20 March 2019 Colin Jones will replace Neil Johnson as Chairman of the Company with effect from 30 June 2019.
