CATCo Reinsurance Opportunities Fund Ltd (the "Company") was informed today that on 28 March 2011 Anthony Taylor acquired 10,000 new ordinary shares of US$ 0.0001 each in the Company at a price of US$1.015 per share. The new ordinary shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. Following this purchase, Mr Taylor has an interest of 110,000 shares, representing 0.13 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
