Notification of Interest
On 12thΒ August 2009,Β the Company received the notifications set out below.Β
As at 6thΒ August 2009, following a partial distribution by Baverstock GmbH ("Baverstock") of its shareholding in the Company, 47,000,000 shares held by Baverstock on behalf of Mr. Niyazbey Kurbanov,Β has been transferred toΒ Roditie N.VΒ for nil consideration.Β
As a result:-
(a) RoditieΒ N.V. has acquired from Baverstock a disclosable interest in 47,000,000 shares in the Company representing 12.25 percent of the total voting rights attached to the issued ordinary share capital in the Company;
(b) Baverstock GmbH now has a disclosable interest in 98,000,000 shares (reduced from 145,000,000) in the Company representing 25.54 percent of the total voting rights attached to the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
