Issue of Equity

Roxi is pleasedĀ to announceĀ it has issued 6,000,000 ordinary shares at 10 pence per share. It is expected that the shares will be admitted to trading onĀ AIM occur on 28 September 2009.

Following this placing theĀ total issued share capital of the Company will beĀ 389,619,625Ā ordinary shares of 1p each. The Company holds noĀ ordinaryĀ shares in treasury.Ā Ā Therefore, following theĀ issue, the total number of voting rights in theĀ Company will beĀ 389,619,625.
