Roxi is pleasedΒ to announceΒ it has issued 6,000,000 ordinary shares at 10 pence per share. It is expected that the shares will be admitted to trading onΒ AIM occur on 28 September 2009.

Following this placing theΒ total issued share capital of the Company will beΒ 389,619,625Β ordinary shares of 1p each. The Company holds noΒ ordinaryΒ shares in treasury.Β Β Therefore, following theΒ issue, the total number of voting rights in theΒ Company will beΒ 389,619,625.
