Issue of Equity

The Company announces, following the exercise of options by Altius Energy Limited (formerly Arawak Energy Limited) as announced on 31 March 2010 and 1 April 2010, that it has issued 3,600,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 10p per share. 

An application has been made for the admission of 3,600,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that admission will become effective and that dealings will commence on 9 April 2010. On admission, the Company will have 420,818,386 Ordinary Shares in issue.
