Carr's Milling Industries PLC ("the Company")
Blocklisting Application
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for a blocklisting of 232,820 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities ("Admission").
The new Ordinary Shares, which rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue, will be issued pursuant to the future issue of shares under the following share schemes;
Carr's Milling Industries Sharesave Scheme 2006
Carr's Milling Industries Approved Executive Share Option Scheme 2006
Carr's Milling Industries Unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme 2006
It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the New Ordinary Shares will commence on 22 December 2014.
