Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 23,447 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in Carr's Milling Industries Plc (the "Company") to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List. The shares are fully paid and rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company and are in respect of options exercised under the Carr's Milling Industries Sharesave Scheme 2006, the Carr's Milling Industries Approved Executive Share Option Scheme 2006 and the Carr's Milling Industries Unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme 2006.
