Notification of transactions of directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities
Card Factory has been notified that on 02 July 2019, the Company's CFO, Kris Lee purchased, in aggregate, 3,195 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 177.6p per share. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.
Mr Lee's beneficial interest in the Company's shares following this purchase is 3,195 ordinary shares, 0.0001% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
