The Company announces that on 6 September 2010 a conditional award of ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Performance Share Plan 2007 ("PSP") was made to Ian Williamson, Group Chief Executive.

 

Following his re-election at the Annual General Meeting, Mr Williamson was granted a conditional award of 609,000 Ordinary Shares. This award has a split performance condition whereby half will vest as soon as practicable after 31 March 2013 based on TSR performance compared to the FTSE Small Cap Index and half will vest based on share price performance within a range of 200p and 300p.

 

Following this award, the total number of Ordinary Shares awarded to Mr Williamson under the PSP is 1,032,000.
