Carclo has streamlined its global operations through the ongoing disposal of itsnon-core metal processing businesses and the sale of ECC Card Clothing wouldrepresent the final stage of this strategy. Carclo's ECC Card Clothing operations, which account for approximately 15% ofthe group's turnover, comprise manufacturing sites in the UK, France, India andChina which are supported by additional fitting and distribution facilities inthe USA, Italy, Turkey and Canada.
