Barbara Richmond has now served six years as a non-executive Director and hasconfirmed her intention to step down from the Carclo Board on 31 March 2006.From that date, Bill Tame, who joined the Board as a non-executive Director on 1January 2006, will assume the roles of Senior Independent Director and Chairmanof the Audit Committee.
