Director/PDMR Shareholding

Carclo plc announces that on 16 December 2009, Mr Michael Derbyshire (a non-executive director) purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 128.5 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Derbyshire's interest in the Company is 40,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.07% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Carclo plc also announces that on 16 December 2009, Mrs Kathryn Tame, wife of Mr William Tame (a non-executive director) purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares at 128.5 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Tame's and his connected parties' interest in the Company is 29,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company.
