The Company announces that on 24 January 2018 Mr Chris Malley, Chief Executive, purchased 100,000 Ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 83.87p per Ordinary Share. As a result of this transaction, Mr Malley and his connected parties hold 259,726 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.354% of the Company's issued share capital.
