Carclo plc27 July 2006 Carclo plc ('the Company') Carclo plc announces that Mr Ian Williamson, a Director has today purchased130,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 67p per share through his personalpension plan. He has also sold 118,500 shares in the company at 67p per sharefrom his personal shareholding. In addition, 40,394 matching shares were today unconditionally awarded to MrWilliamson under the Carclo Deferred Bonus Share Plan following the sixthanniversary of investing his 1999/2000 bonus in contributed shares.
