Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that 50% of the shares conditionally awarded on 12 July 2013 to Mr Chris Malley, Chief Executive and Mr Robert Brooksbank, Group Finance Director under the Performance Share Plan 2013 ("PSP") vested on 12 July 2016.

Accordingly, Mr Malley has received 39,500 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and Mr Brooksbank has received 17,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Mr Malley retained all the shares increasing his holding in the Company to 113,782 Ordinary Shares representing 0.17% of the Company's issued share capital.

Mr Brooksbank sold 7,990 Ordinary Shares on 12 July 2016 at a price of 145p to cover the attendant tax liability. As a result Mr Brooksbank has increased his holding in the Company by 9,010 to 245,565 Ordinary Shares representing 0.37% of the Company's issued share capital.
