Central African Gold PLC29 December 2006 29 December 2006 Central African Gold Plc ("Central African Gold" or "the Company") Voting Rights and Share Capital Central African Gold notes that provisions to be contained in the Disclosure andTransparency Rules of the Financial Services Authority require disclosures bycompanies registered in the United Kingdom relating to voting rights in theissued share capital of the company. Central African Gold announces that, as at the date of this announcement, it hasa single class of share in issue being ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each("Ordinary Shares") and that there are 459,519,495 Ordinary Shares in issue.Each Ordinary Share entitles the holder to a single vote at general meetings ofthe Company.
