Statement Re. application of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers
Central African Gold, the Aim traded gold mining and exploration company, today announces that following consultation with The Panel on Takeovers and Mergers, the Company is no longer subject to the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers as the Company's place of central management and control is no longer considered to be located within the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
