Transaction in Own Shares
Central Asia Metals plc (AIM: CAML), announces that, following the exercise of employee share options, it has, on 14 January 2015, transferred 177,946 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each ("Shares") which were previously held in treasury to satisfy the exercise of awards of one participant under its Company Share Option Plan.
As a result, the Company currently holds 511,647 Shares in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is 111,558,091. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
