Share Purchase by Director
The Company (AIM:CAML) was notified on 16 June 2022 that, on the same day, Mike Prentis, a Non-Executive Director, purchased 5,750 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each ('Shares') in the Company at a price of £2.42 per Share. The Shares were purchased on the open market.
Following this acquisition, Mike Prentis owns a total of 13,080 Shares representing 0.007% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding shares held in treasury).
