Share Purchase by Director
The Company (AIM:CAML) was notified on 29 March 2023 that, on the same day, Dr Mike Armitage, a Non-Executive Director, purchased 8,334 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each ('Shares') in the Company at a price of £2.40 per Share. The Shares were purchased on the open market.
Following this acquisition, Dr Mike Armitage owns a total of 24,490 Shares representing 0.013% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding shares held in treasury).
