Grant of Options
The Company (AIM:CAML) announces that, on 24 July 2013, the following nominal cost options ("Options") at a nominal exercise price of $0.01 per share over ordinary shares in the Company, were granted to Directors of the Company. Each option is exercisable in return for one ordinary share.

These Options, which have been granted under the Central Asia Metals Employee Share Plan 2011, will generally vest at the rate of one-third per annum subject to the satisfaction of certain performance conditions. The options have a maximum term of 10 years from the date of grant, subject to any earlier lapsing under the rules of the Central Asia Metals Employee Share Plan 2011.
