Exercise of Options and Directors' Dealings
Central Asia Metals plc (AIM: CAML), was yesterday notified, that on 24 June 2015, Nigel Robinson, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, exercised options over 144,736 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each ("Shares") in the Company at an exercise price of US$0.01 per Share and on the same day sold the resulting 144,736 Shares at an average price of 181 pence per Share, in part to settle the tax liabilities arising on exercise.
Following these transactions, Mr Robinson has an interest in a total of 646,715 Ordinary Shares jointly owned with the Employee Benefit Trust, representing approximately 0.6 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
