Concert Party Dealing
The Company has been informed that Mike Biddulph, a member of the Burt Concert Party, as defined by the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers (the "Code"), has acquired 781,739 Ordinary Shares in the Company (the "Purchase").
The shareholdings of the Burt Concert Party before and after the Purchase is set out below:
