Update on Move to AIM
The Company is now pleased to be able to confirm the expected timetable for its Move to AIM. Admission is expected to take place on Friday, 19 September 2014 at 8.00 a.m.
A summary of the expected timetable of principal events is as follows:
Last day of dealings in Ordinary Shares on the Main Market | 18 September 2014 |
Cancellation of listing of Ordinary Shares on the Official List | 8.00 a.m. on 19 September 2014 |
Admission and commencement of dealings on AIM | 8.00 a.m. on 19 September 2014 |
Except as otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms have the same meanings as set out in the Circular dated 11 July 2014.
