Appointment of Director

The Board of Camellia Plc announces that Mr Frédéric Vuilleumier is to be appointed as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 7 March 2013. 

Mr Vuilleumier is a partner of Oberson Avocats, a law office based in Geneva, Switzerland. He is also Swiss Certified tax expert and a lecturer in tax law at the University of Lausanne.

There are no matters to disclose in accordance with paragraph 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules of the FSA.
