Synety Group plc ("the Company") announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2012 and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders. A copy of the documention sent to shareholders will shortly be available for download from the Company's website - www.synety.com
The AGM is being held at 11.00 a.m. on Thursday 25 April 2013 at the Company's registered office, c/o SGH Martineau, One America Square, Crosswall, London EC3N 2SG.
