Result of AGM
Capital & Regional plc (the "Company") announces that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held on 16 May 2019 all of the resolutions set out in the Company's Notice of AGM dated 15 April 2019 were duly passed on a poll with the results as stated below.Â
The Company has a total of 726,389,117Â ordinary shares with voting rights in issue.
