NOTIFICATION OF INTEREST PURSUANT TO DTR 3.1.2 OF THE DISCLOSURE AND TRANSPARENCY RULES

On 30 June 2015 Capital & Regional plc (the Company) received notification that Pinelake International Limited had made the following transfers of shares in the Company: Â 1,505,875 shares were transferred to Vidna Holdings Limited on 26 June 2015. Â 1,505,875 shares were transferred to Tassei Limited on 26 June 2015. Â 5,522,582 shares were transferred to Outeniqua Limited on 30 June 2015. Â All transfers were made at 57.50 pence per share. |

Louis Norval has a beneficial interest in Pinelake International Limited. Vidna Holdings Limited, Tassei Limited and Outeniqua Limited are connected parties of Louis Norval but he does not have a beneficial interest in any of these entities. Following the transaction the revised beneficial interest of Louis Norval in ordinary shares of the Company is 169,772,426.
