NOTIFICATION OF INTEREST PURSUANT TO DTR 3.1.2 OF THE DISCLOSURE AND TRANSPARENCY RULES
On 30 June 2015 Capital & Regional plc (the Company) received notification that Pinelake International Limited had made the following transfers of shares in the Company:
1,505,875 shares were transferred to Vidna Holdings Limited on 26 June 2015.
1,505,875 shares were transferred to Tassei Limited on 26 June 2015.
5,522,582 shares were transferred to Outeniqua Limited on 30 June 2015.
All transfers were made at 57.50 pence per share. |
Louis Norval has a beneficial interest in Pinelake International Limited. Vidna Holdings Limited, Tassei Limited and Outeniqua Limited are connected parties of Louis Norval but he does not have a beneficial interest in any of these entities. Following the transaction the revised beneficial interest of Louis Norval in ordinary shares of the Company is 169,772,426.
