LICENCE UPDATE
Cadogan today provides a further update regarding its Zagoryanska special permit ("licences").
The Kharkiv Appellate Administrative Court of Ukraine (the "Court") today has commenced the hearing regarding Cadogan's appeal against the Poltava Region Commercial Court's earlier decision on the invalidation of the Zagoryanska licence. The hearing will continue on Monday 22 September 2008 in order to further consider all arguments and documents.
