Cadogan Petroleum Plc ("Cadogan" or the "Company") Change of Company Secretary The Company announces that, with immediate effect, Laurence Sudwarts hasresigned as Company Secretary and has been replaced by Marta Halabala.The Board thanks Mr Sudwarts for his hard work and professionalism sincehis appointment as Company Secretary and General Counsel in 2012 andwishes him well in his future endeavours.
