Board and Management changes
The Board of Cadogan Petroleum plc (the Company) announces that Vasyl Vivcharyk has agreed to resign as a Director and as Chief Operating Officer, and left the Company with effect from 9 June 2009. His duties will be fulfilled by the Executive Management team which has been augmented by the addition of Nick Corby, a non-executive Director since December 2006, who will become Commercial Director.
Resolution 6 in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting dated 29 May 2009, concerning the re-election of Mr Vivcharyk as a Director of the Company, is hereby withdrawn.
Strategy review
The Company intends to make an announcement next week concerning the operational and strategic review announced on 19 March 2009.
