Updated timetable of principal events in relation to the Subscription, Placing and Open Offer
Further to the announcement earlier this afternoon, the Company announces a revision to the Open Offer timetable. The ex-entitlement date for the Open Offer will be 20 December and the Open Offer Entitlements credited to stock accounts of Qualifying CREST Holders into CREST will be 21 December 2017. All other details remain unchanged, the whole timetable is set out below:
