For immediate release: 06 November 2006 Northern Petroleum Plc ("Northern" or the "Company") Issue of Warrants Northern announces that the Board has approved the issue to A N Brewer, adirector, of 150,000 warrants to purchase 5p Ordinary Shares of the Company at117 pence per share, being the prevailing mid-market price at close of businesson 03 November 2006.
