Northern Petroleum Plc ("Northern" or "the Company" (AIM: NOP)) Directors' Shareholdings
The Company has been informed today that Jerry White, a Non Executive Director of Northern, has this afternoon transferred 39,610 ordinary shares of the Company from his personal holdings to his SIPP at a price of 75.75p per share, being the mid market price at start of business today. This transfer does not alter Mr White's total beneficial shareholding of 313,071 ordinary shares, which represents 0.32 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
In addition the Company has been advised today that Chris Foss, its Director of Finance, Legal & Corporate Affairs, this afternoon transferred 30,558 ordinary shares from his personal holdings to his SIPP also at a price of 75.75p per share, being the mid market price at start of business today. Following this transaction Mr Foss' beneficial shareholding remains at 182,565 ordinary shares, which represents 0.19 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
Following these transactions, the Directors' total beneficial shareholdings remain at 3,513,461 ordinary shares, which represents 3.68 per cent of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company.
