Northern Petroleum Plc ("Northern"or the "Company"(AIM: NOP)) Director's ShareholdingsThe Company has been informed that on 21 December 2012 Mr Richard Latham, theChairman of Northern, transferred 70,000 ordinary shares of the Company to hisSIPP. The transfer was undertaken at the market price of 57 pence per share andthe transfer resulted in no change to Mr Latham's beneficial shareholding inNorthern of 967,477 shares, which represents 1.01 per cent of the Company'sissued share capital.
