For immediate release: 11 October 2006 Northern Petroleum Plc ("the Company") Additional Listing The Company announces that, following the exercise of warrants on 9 October2006 to subscribe for ordinary shares, it has made an application pursuant tothe authority granted on 26 July 2006 for the admission of 100,000 OrdinaryShares of 5 pence each to trading on AIM. Each new ordinary share will rankpari passu with existing ordinary shares.
