For immediate release on 01 November 2006 Northern Petroleum Plc ("the Company") Additional Listing The Company announces that, following the exercise of warrants on 01 November2006 to subscribe for ordinary shares, it has made an application pursuant tothe authority granted on 26 July 2006 for the admission of 300,000 OrdinaryShares of 5 pence each to trading on AIM. Each new ordinary share will rankpari passu with existing ordinary shares.
