Bezant (AIM: BZT), the AIM quoted copper-gold exploration and development company, announces the posting of notice of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held at Fladgate LLP, 16 Great Queen Street, London, WC2B 5DG on Tuesday 23 August 2022 at 1:00 p.m.

 

A letter from Colin Bird the Company's Executive Chairman (the "Chairman's Letter"), and a Notice of AGM will be posted today and will shortly be available to download from the Company's website at www.bezantresources.com
