 Financing Update

Further to the announcement of 28 November 2014, Bellzone Mining plc (AIM: BZM) announces that it has received the advance of US$2 million from China Sonangol International (S) Pte Ltd ("China Sonangol") under the existing loan agreement, as announced on 18 August 2014 (the "Loan").

These newly advanced funds are expected to provide working capital for Bellzone until the finalisation of the US$30 million secured debt or convertible loan facility (the "Facility"). Terms of the Facility and definitive agreement are subject to negotiation with China Sonangol and there can be no certainty that the final terms will be agreed. A further announcement about the Facility and repayment of the existing Loan will be made in due course.
