Directors' Shareholding
The Company was notified yesterday that Stephen Falder, Business Development Director & Deputy Chairman, acquired 135,000 shares in the Company at 22 pence per share on 31 July 2008 through a pension scheme of which he is both a trustee and a beneficiary.
As a result Mr Falder's beneficial holding in the Company has increased to 5,058,581 ordinary shares representing 11.33 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
