Byotrol PLC21 February 2007 Byotrol Plc ("Byotrol" or "the Company") Directors' Shareholdings The Board of Byotrol announces that it has granted the following options toDirectors of the Company: 1. 225,000 options exercisable at 78.5p per share pursuant to the Byotrol Unapproved Share Option Scheme, to the Chief Executive, David McRobbie. 2. 100,000 options exercisable at 78.5p per share pursuant to the Byotrol Unapproved Share Option Scheme and 125,000 options exercisable at 78.5p per share pursuant to the Byotrol EMI Share Option Scheme, to the Deputy Chairman,Stephen Falder. 3. 50,000 options exercisable at 78.5p per share pursuant to the Byotrol Unapproved Share Option Scheme, to the Finance Director, Richard Bell. All options were granted by the remuneration committee on 20 February 2007. Alloptions are exercisable at any time between 21 February 2009 and 20 February2017 subject to the closing mid-market share price of Byotrol being not lessthan £1.80 each business day for a consecutive period of three months.
