Byotrol plc, the AIM-quoted anti-microbial technology company, is pleased to announce that the Company was notified on 24 September 2020 that on that same day, Nic Hellyer, CFO of the Company, purchased 129,870 ordinary shares of 0.25p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 7.7p per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").
Following the Purchase, Mr. Hellyer has an interest in 629,870 Ordinary Shares representing 0.0014% of the total voting rights of the Company.
