Directors' Shareholdings
The Board announces that certain Directors, employees and associates of the Company have today in aggregate acquired 475,440 new ordinary shares through the exercise of warrants at a price of 23 pence per share. The Board have also been notified that certain other warrant holders have acquired in aggregate 1,855,000 new ordinary shares through the exercise of warrants, also at 23 pence per share, raising the Company a total of £536,001.
The table below details the Directors who have exercised warrants and their resulting share holdings.

* The above total holding for David McRobbie includes 3,106,000 ordinary shares registered in the name of, and warrants over 261,200 ordinary shares held by, A.S. Technologies LLC, a company controlled by him.
** David McRobbie has assigned 145,000 warrants to family members and company associates whose exercises are included in this announcement.
*** Stephen Falder has assigned 870,000 warrants reducing his holding to 87,551; his beneficial shareholding in the Company remains unchanged. The assigned warrants have been exercised and are included in this announcement.
Accordingly, application has been made for the 2,330,440 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on 20 August 2008.
The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. Following this allotment, the total issued share capital of the Company will increase to 46,992,775 ordinary shares.
