Byotrol plc, the AIM listed anti-microbial technology company, is pleased to announce that on 24 August 2018, Dr Trevor Francis, Chief Technical Officer of the Company purchased 657,686 ordinary shares of 0.25p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 3.8p per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").
Following the Purchase, Mr. Francis has an interest in 2,910,902 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.68 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
